Whogohost's Terms of Service for using Fast Track Service

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of our fast-track request service ("Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

Service Description

Our Service offers a fast track request option for clients who require expedited processing of their requests. This Service is only available to clients who pay the additional fee required for this option.

Payment

Payment for the fast track request option must be made in advance and is non-refundable. Acceptable forms of payment can be viewed here.

Processing Time

We will make every effort to process fast track requests as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific processing time. The processing time for fast track requests may vary depending on the complexity of the request and our workload.

Number of Fast Track Requests

Clients may open a maximum of three fast-track requests at any given time. Once a fast-track request has been completed, the client may open a new request.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

By using this Service, you also agree to the terms of the other policies that are listed on our Terms of service.
