You can access Website Builder directly from your hosting client area. Because Website Builder is fully web-based, there is no software to install—you launch the editor from your account dashboard.
Before you begin
Make sure the following requirements are met:
- Your Website Builder package is active
- Your hosting account is active
- Your domain is assigned to the Website Builder service
- You are using a desktop or laptop with a supported browser
If you are unsure whether Website Builder is enabled, you may need to activate Website Builder on your hosting account. Also, confirm your device meets the supported browsers and system requirements before proceeding.
Supported browsers and system requirements
To access and use Website Builder properly, your device should meet the following requirements:
Supported browsers:
- Google Chrome (latest version)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
- Microsoft Edge (latest version)
- Safari (latest version on macOS)
⚠️ Internet Explorer is not supported and may prevent the editor from loading correctly.
Recommended system requirements:
- A stable internet connection
- JavaScript enabled in your browser
- An up-to-date browser version
- A screen resolution of at least 1280 × 800 pixels
Using an unsupported or outdated browser may cause the editor not to load or function correctly.
Steps to access Website Builder
- Log in to your client area
- Click Hosting & Services
- Select the domain associated with your Website Builder package
- Scroll to the Website Builder section
- Click Edit Site
This will open the Website Builder editor in a new browser tab.
If you do not see “Edit Site”
If the Edit Site option is not visible:
- Confirm your Website Builder package is active
- Make sure you selected the correct hosting service
- Check that your domain is properly connected to Website Builder
If the option is still missing, you may need to activate Website Builder on your hosting account or contact support for assistance.
Browser and device reminder
Website Builder works best on desktop or laptop browsers. While you can log in from a mobile device, full editing functionality may not be available.
Before launching the editor, ensure your device meets the supported browsers and system requirements to avoid loading or performance issues.
What happens after clicking “Edit Site”?
Once inside the editor:
- You can modify pages, content, and design
- Changes are saved within the editor
- Your live website will not update until you publish
Before making major updates, review how editing and publishing works so you understand how changes go live.
