Why Your Email Might Not Be Working

  • Ensure your login details are all lowercase.

  • Verify that the email address is properly set up in your control panel.

  • Enter the full email as the username: username@yourdomain.com.

Still failing to connect?

  • Swap the incoming/outgoing server from mail.yourdomain.com to the IP address provided in your welcome email.

Can receive emails but not send?

  • Many ISPs block outgoing mail servers to prevent spam. Use your ISP’s SMTP server or try port 26 for outgoing mail.

Can send but not receive emails?

  • Your domain or mailbox might be full. Free up space or upgrade your plan to continue receiving messages.

Frequent password prompts?

  • Servers may limit the number of checks per hour. Adjust your client to check less often or disable auto-check to avoid lockouts.
