Horde webmail error message: Sent message cannot be saved Print

If you see this message while sending emails in Horde:

The folder "Sent" was not created. This is what the server said: Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.)

Follow these steps to fix it:

1. In Horde, go to the Options menu at the top.
   
   
2. Select Personal Information.
   
   
3. Scroll down to find the Save sent mail? option.
   
   

• If you want Horde to save copies of sent emails, tick the box.
  
  
• Then, select Sent from the Sent mail folder: dropdown.
  
  

Optional:

• To save server space, you can untick the “Save sent mail?” box instead and click Save Options. Horde will not store copies of sent emails in that case.
